Return and Exchange Policy

Return Period:

• Products can be returned up to 14 days from receipt.

Return Conditions:

• Products must be in their original packaging, unopened and without signs of use.
• Personalized products cannot be returned.

Return Method:

• Contact customer service to receive return authorization before sending the product.
• Returns can be made via courier or registered mail.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued within 14 business days from the date the product is received back.
• The company will charge cancellation fees in accordance with Israeli law (up to 5% or 100 NIS).

Defective Products or Incorrect Shipments:

• In these cases, the product will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer.
